Who Do You Seek
Posted: September 13th, 2009 | Author: Moonstar Silverwolf | Filed under: poetry | Tags: Poem, poetry | View CommentsI’ve been at a loss of what to write. I’ve been spending most of my waking moments reading, but I’ve been sleeping & working a lot as well. So, I’ve been busy & will continue to be busy.
My reading has been going well, I’m learning a lot about what is within my heart, I feel good, really good about it.
I am fasting occasionally still. The first time was one day, the second time I went two days and this time I’m going three days, today is the third day, and I’m doing well with it.
Finally, I thought I would end this rather short post with a poem I wrote a long time ago. This poem was written while I was sitting in the woods, alone and was not about anyone, just words that came to my head while I was sitting, listening to the world around me.
Who Do You Seek

The wind blows
through your hair
your eyes stare
through the air
those baby blue
looking, searching
for something
someone
who, who do you seek?
who are those eyes looking at
who are those delicate fingers waiting for
those small, smooth hands of yours
who do they seek?
what about your lips
those lips are devil red
who do they seek
who do you want
to kiss with those lips
caress with those hands
see with your beautiful blue eyes?
